The Third Aye accepts online Credit and Debit card payments via Paypal‘s secure servers.
Delivery is free for all items to be sent within the UK an Ireland. Items purchased from the site for delivery outside the UK and Ireland may be subject to taxes and import duties once they reach their delivery destination. Sole responsibility lies with the customer to pay these charges. Items are made to order and so shall be sent as soon as possible once created for the customer as agreed.
All items are finished by hand using age old jewellers' techniques. Pieces are finished by hand to a high and professional standard. If you find a mark or fault on the piece which you are unhappy with, please get in touch by email so that we can find a solution for you.
Exchanges and returns can be made within 28 days of receipt of goods. Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Please obtain a proof of posting for any returned items, as these are the customers responsibility until the package is received. The Third Aye is not liable for postage, shipping or taxes on any returned goods and cannot be held responsible for any returned items that are damaged or lost in the post. Once the returned item is received in its original condition, a refund will be organised. This does not apply to custom-made pieces.
Should you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. If your items have already been dispatched, you should return them as per the returns policy.
The Third Aye shall never pass on your email address or personal information to anyone. Any information collected about you shall only be used to process your order. This information will be held securely.
Your credit/debit card details are passed directly to PayPal, and are not held by The Third Aye at any stage.
